I’m Zimbini Tokwe, and food is my love language. Born and raised in Johannesburg, I’ve always had a passion for cooking and making people happy through food. I earned my diploma in Culinary Arts from HTA - Hospitality Trainers and Associates in Randburg, where I interned at the famous Michelangelo Hotel and Nestlé Food Diction, learning how to elevate every dish into a masterpiece.
Through my six years of experience, from catering high-end events to assisting with MasterChef South Africa, I’ve mastered making food the star of any occasion. At 5Five, I aim to make your event unforgettable by creating sensory food experiences that touch on all five senses—taste, touch, sight, smell, and even sound.
Whether we’re serving gourmet street food from our mobile kitchen or delivering a full-blown culinary production for your special event, my team and I are here to make sure every bite counts. 5Five is all about using local ingredients, mixing in a dash of creativity, and serving dishes that will have you coming back for more.
